Very few uphill stretches, so you really don’t need to be in good shape to keep up. The only drawback is that sometimes, the lights change and a few riders are stuck waiting. The group mostly waits up ahead, or leaves someone back to direct the stragglers, but once or twice that didn’t happen as smoothly as it should have. But all in all, a great experience.”
